Exploring the unspoken physics of male bonding in Lagos.
2025 - Present
Lagos, Nigeria
"Brother's Keeper" is a series of digital hallucinations exploring the unspoken physics of male bonding in Lagos. The sweat, the scattering of golden-hour light, the infinite geometry of a street game; these are not photographs. They are data points, rearranged to capture a feeling.
The challenge was to translate raw, visceral memories of Lagos street life into a digital medium without losing the grittiness and authenticity of the original experience. We needed to push the boundaries of AI art direction to generate images that felt less like algorithmic outputs and more like captured human emotion.
By utilizing advanced generative models and rigorous art direction, we synthesized these 'data points' into hyper-realistic, emotionally charged tableaus. The resulting collection stands as a testament to the power of digital tools in reconstructing memory, brotherhood, and cultural narrative.
A curated selection of digital hallucinations and synthesized memories.
